Nature of Services

Holistic Wizardry, LLC offers complementary wellness, spiritual, educational, and personal development services, including but not limited to:

The Emotion Code®
Reiki with Angels™
Energy balancing and energy healing
Intuitive guidance (including oracle and tarot readings)
Mediumship readings
Spiritual mentoring
Guided meditation and visualization
Educational guidance and consultation related to emotional wellness, child development, parenting, social-emotional learning, relationships, and personal growth
Educational workshops, classes, digital resources, and online content

Services may be provided in person, virtually, or at a distance, depending on the modality and client preferences.

These services are intended to promote personal growth, self-awareness, emotional well-being, and spiritual exploration. They are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional services.

Professional Services Disclaimer

Although Sonja Bruce is a licensed school counselor, all services offered through Holistic Wizardry, LLC are provided solely in a private capacity as spiritual, educational, and wellness services.

These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, healthcare, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. No services provided through Holistic Wizardry, LLC are offered under Sonja Bruce's professional counseling license.

Any educational guidance or consultation provided is based on Sonja Bruce's education, training, and professional experience but does not establish a counselor-client relationship or constitute professional counseling services.

Always consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional concerns.

Intuitive Guidance and Mediumship

Intuitive guidance, mediumship, tarot, oracle readings, and similar services are subjective in nature and based upon personal intuition, experience, and spiritual beliefs.

Messages, impressions, or guidance are offered for personal reflection and should not be interpreted as factual statements, guarantees, predictions, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or psychological advice.

Spirit communication and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Energy Healing

The Emotion Code®, Reiki with Angels™, and other energy-based modalities are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional wellness.

These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or mental health condition. Individual experiences and results vary.

*Body Code™ Notice

Sonja Bruce is currently certified as an Emotion Code® Practitioner and is continuing her education in The Body Code™.

Sonja is not currently a Certified Body Code Practitioner and does not offer or charge for standalone Body Code sessions.

With the client's informed consent, Sonja may occasionally incorporate select Body Code techniques as a complimentary addition during an Emotion Code® or Reiki with Angels™ session when she believes they may support the client's goals. Clients are never charged for the use of Body Code techniques, and any incorporation of these techniques is entirely optional and included at no additional cost as part of the booked session.

Distance Sessions

Certain services may be provided remotely or at a distance. By scheduling a distance session, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of remote energy work and voluntarily consent to receiving services in this manner.

Distance sessions are offered with the same professional care and intention as in-person sessions; however, individual experiences may vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, relationships, finances, and overall well-being.

Any guidance provided is intended to support your own discernment and personal growth.

These services are intended to empower clients in their own healing journey rather than create dependence upon the Practitioner. Clients are encouraged to use their own discernment and continue seeking appropriate professional care whenever needed.

Client Choice

Clients can feel free to ask questions throughout the session and may decline, pause, or discontinue any technique or session at any time.

Clients are never required to discuss personal experiences, trauma, memories, or beliefs in order to participate. Clients are encouraged to share only what feels comfortable to them.

Choosing not to participate in a particular technique will not affect the Practitioner's respect or care for the client. However, because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, discontinuing a session does not alter the applicable cancellation or refund policy.

No Guarantees

Every individual responds differently to complementary wellness and spiritual services.

No guarantees, warranties, or promises are made regarding results, healing, personal transformation, future events, relationships, finances, career, health, or any other outcome.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences only and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.

Third-Party Readings

Services are intended for your own healing and personal growth.

Requests seeking detailed intuitive information or mediumship regarding another identifiable individual without their knowledge or consent will be declined at the Practitioner's discretion.

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions will be treated respectfully and privately.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent serious harm, or otherwise authorized by you in writing.

Please note that electronic communication and virtual sessions carry inherent privacy risks despite reasonable efforts to protect your information.

Recording Sessions

Audio or video recording of sessions is not permitted without the mutual agreement of both the Practitioner and the client.

Age Requirements

Clients must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to independently purchase services.

Services for minors may be provided only with the informed consent of a parent or legal guardian and when appropriate for the service being offered.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for services, classes, workshops, events, and digital products are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests are subject to Holistic Wizardry's scheduling policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holistic Wizardry, LLC and Sonja Bruce disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from participation in services, use of this website, or reliance upon information provided.

By voluntarily participating in services, you acknowledge that you assume responsibility for your own choices and outcomes.
