There’s no live appointment needed. You’ll receive your Intuitive Tune-In by email or voice note, so you can read or listen whenever you’re ready—and come back to it anytime.

You’re welcome to ask one specific question, name one area of your life you’d like insight around, or simply leave it open and see what comes through.

This offering is intended for intuitive and spiritual reflection rather than prediction or decision-making on your behalf. You always remain the authority over your own life and choices.

We begin with a grounding + healing visualization and setting protections and intentions before moving into individual and group messages.

Everyone receives an individual message and an opportunity to ask a question- whether you’re seeking guidance around a specific area of your life or simply want to receive whatever message is for your highest and best good.

Group and parallel messages often come through as well- meaning someone else’s message may be meant for you as well. There are almost always parallel messages in every group.

The goal is for you to leave feeling connected, encouraged, guided, and supported- with greater clarity around any next steps. You may come seeking guidance around a specific question or area of your life, or you might simply want to hear from someone you love and miss. Sometimes that connection is the whole reason for the reading, and it can be incredibly meaningful and healing while navigating grief.

Standard Emotion Code Session

A focused session primarily centered on identifying and releasing trapped emotions. I identify the emotion and any additional information your body indicates is needed for release—such as the age it became trapped, where it may be showing up in the body, or whether it was inherited or absorbed.

This is a great option for ongoing Emotion Code work when your primary goal is simply to release what’s ready to go.

Intensive Emotion Code Session

45 minutes | $111

Want to go deeper? An Intensive session gives us additional time to explore more, release more, or both.

I can intuitively explore the context surrounding trapped emotions—such as what may have been happening at the time, emotional or relational patterns, energetic dynamics, or other insights that come through. Sometimes understanding why an emotion became trapped can bring additional clarity and validation.

Or, we can spend less time exploring each emotion and use the extra time to simply identify and release more. We follow what feels most supportive for you and what your body is ready for.

Every Emotion Code session also includes a brief Reiki With Angels integration at the end of our work together. I use two Angel Work techniques to support your body and energy field as they integrate the emotional releases, restore vital energy, and help the healing integrate with greater grace and ease. Reiki with Angels is a holistic healing session that helps your mind, body, and energy come back into balance. It blends the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki with the high-frequency support of the Angels to create a sense of calm, clarity, and alignment.

This work can go deep — helping the body release stored stress and trauma, balance the left and right sides of the brain, calm anxiety and racing thoughts, support immune and nervous system health, and restore energetic flow through the chakras and meridians. It can also simply provide relaxation, grounding, and a reset when you’re feeling off.

I can also relay any messages that the Angels have for you or any intuitive insights I receive.

You can come with a specific goal or stay open to whatever your system needs most. The Angels and energy meet you exactly where you are.

Common techniques and Angel Work techniques we might use include (but not limited to):

• Clearing, aligning, balancing, harmonizing, and healing all charkas and meridians

• Brain balancing

• Isolating, deactivating, dematerializing cords/connections/webs, trauma, emotions, negative thoughts, patterns, etc.

First, we will go through a brief guided visualization/meditation/prayer/intention setting.

I will then tune into your spirit team (loved ones who have crossed over, guides, Angels, pets, etc.) and obtain any messages that they have for you. I will provide specific, verifiable details (evidence) from a deceased person or pet to validate their identity and presence. After any general messages they have for you, you can then ask for guidance on one specific topic or question.

Currently this is being offered via email or a live phone call.

A supportive, intuitive space to slow down, reflect, reconnect with your own inner knowing, and explore whatever feels present for you.

These sessions blend trauma-informed reflective conversation with intuitive guidance. Together, we may explore patterns, emotions, relationships, life transitions, spiritual questions, or anything else you’re seeking clarity around. I may also receive intuitive impressions or messages from Spirit, your guides, Angels, or loved ones as we talk.

Tarot and/or Oracle cards can be incorporated into your session if desired—not to predict your future or tell you what to do, but as another intuitive tool for reflection, insight, and uncovering what may already be asking for your attention.

My role is not to give you all the answers. It’s to hold a safe, supportive space where you can hear yourself more clearly, strengthen your connection to your own intuition and inner authority, and explore what your mind, body, and spirit may be communicating.

These sessions are trauma-informed and reflective in nature and are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

Optional: Add a written session report for $11.

When available and as needed, a session may be extended in 15-minute increments for $30. Additional time is not intended as a regularly scheduled option, but may be offered when it feels supportive to continue the work rather than bring the session to a close.

As always, sessions are guided by what arises in the moment, Spirit, your Higher Self, and your own inner knowing. We’ll check in together before extending your scheduled time.
