Reiki With Angels session- 15 minutes

Reiki with Angels is a holistic healing session that helps your mind, body, and energy come back into balance. It blends the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki with the high-frequency support of the Angels to create a sense of calm, clarity, and alignment.

This work can go deep — helping the body release stored stress and trauma, balance the left and right sides of the brain, calm anxiety and racing thoughts, support immune and nervous system health, and restore energetic flow through the chakras and meridians. It can also simply provide relaxation, grounding, and a reset when you’re feeling off.

You can come with a specific goal or stay open to whatever your system needs most. The Angels and energy meet you exactly where you are.

Sessions are currently free while I complete my Level II Reiki with Angels certification. Available by video chat, phone, or distance with a written summary afterward.

A 30-minute Emotion Code Session includes:

  1. Review of session goals. (5 minutes)

  2. Identifying and releasing trapped emotions. (20 minutes)

  3. Closing (5 minutes)

Whether you're a child, teen, or adult carrying heavy emotions, feeling disconnected, or untangling beliefs from a strict or high-control upbringing, this gentle session offers energetic support for mind, body, and spirit. Using muscle testing and The Emotion Code®, I tune into your body’s wisdom to identify and release trapped emotions—often linked to past experiences, inherited patterns, or limiting beliefs. There’s no need to relive anything—just a safe, intuitive process that helps you feel lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.

Intuitive Insights ADD-ON

In a standard Emotion Code® session, I identify the trapped emotion and, when needed, details like the age it occurred or where it’s stored in the body—just enough information for your body to release it.

With this optional add-on, I’ll take it a step further by tuning in more deeply to the emotional energy. I’ll intuitively explore the surrounding context—what may have been happening at the time, emotional patterns, or energetic dynamics involved. These insights often bring greater clarity, validation, and understanding of why the emotion became trapped in the first place. **This typically extends your session by 10-20 minutes.

At the end of your Emotion Code session, I will tune into your spirit team (loved ones who have crossed over, Angels, pets, etc.) and obtain any messages that they have for you. They can give additional insight into inherited or shared emotional patterns—and can bring forward healing messages for you. Additional charge of $20 — adds 10–20 minutes to your session **THIS IS NOT A STAND-ALONE SERVICE. IF YOU WANT SOLEY A MEDIUMSHIP SESSION, PLEASE SEE THAT SERVICE.

I can send healing energy afterward to support your body and energy field as it integrates. This can reduce post-session symptoms like fatigue or emotional sensitivity, and/or just give you a little energetic lift!

**Provided at no additional cost while I complete my Level II Reiki With Angels certification– adds 5-10 minutes to your session for a total of 35-40 minutes.
