A 30-minute Emotion Code Session includes:
Review of session goals. (5 minutes)

Whether you're a child, teen, or adult carrying heavy emotions, feeling disconnected, healing from trauma, or untangling beliefs from a strict or high-control upbringing, this gentle session offers energetic support for mind, body, and spirit. Using muscle testing and The Emotion Code®, I tune into your body’s wisdom to identify and release trapped emotions—linked to past traumatic experiences, inherited patterns, or limiting beliefs. There’s no need to relive anything—just a safe, intuitive process that helps you feel lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.
This service is currently offered via a live phone call, text message or email.
**In addition to the typical 30-minute Emotion Code session, I can send Reiki With Angels healing energy afterward to support your body and energy field as it integrates. This can reduce post-session symptoms like fatigue or emotional sensitivity, and/or just give you a little energetic lift! I use two Angel Work techniques, plus any other I feel led to. 1) I ask Archangel Jophiel or Jedidiah to integrate the healing with grace and ease and back-fill with Divine intelligence and 2) I ask that your vital energy be restored to full saturation and that your reserve tank be expanded to max capacity and filled.
**This adds 5-minutes to your session for a total of 35 minutes. There is no additional cost, as it is what I feel is best practice for supporting my Emotion Code clients.
**If you would like a mini-Reiki With Angels session as an add-on, I can do that as well. 15-minutes for $20.
